It's lunchtime, I forgot my laptop (so no D2!), and I forgot my book, so I'm going to fill out this li'l meme that I stole from Belazikkal's journal, about a RP character you've created. So here's mine about Inquisitor Decais (chose him 'cause he's the most reason character I've used).

1) What's your character's name?
Inquisitor Julius Decais.
2) How old is he/she?
240 standard Terran years.
3) Is your OC a boy or girl?
Male.
4) What's his/her race?
Human.


APPEARANCE

1) If this character were to suddenly become part of the real world, and ended up in a heavily-populated area, how many stares would he/she get?
A lot. In his shiny, golden Power Armour, he's two and a half metres tall, and is wearing very ornate and shiny Power Armour! Plus he has his billowing crimson robes over the top of that...
2) Is your character considered normal in his/her own world?
Not really. He's an Inquisitor, and is a Beta level Psyker
3) What would be his/her most recognizable feature(s)?
Not really very distinct, out of his armour/robes. Just an old man, with heavy wrinkles and grey hair.
4) Would you consider your OC as attractive?
No. I don't find old men attractive!


PERSONALITY

1) Temper?
He's a very calm man ordinarily. The only time he becomes truly angry is when dealing with heretics and daemons
2) Does your character ever get depressed?
No.
3) Leader or Follower?
Leader - but only in the name of the Emperor. As an Imperial Inquisitor, he leads his agents, and on occasion whole armies against the enemies of the Imperium. But only in the4 Emperors name.
4) What is the main aspect(s) of his/her personality?
He has gravitas. When he's being grave, it's like a tombstone.


HISTORY

1) Did your OC have a family of any sort? If so, are they still alive?
He did have, but he remembers little of them, after being effectively adopted by the Ordo Hereticus at the age of four. He most likely has some relatives out there somewhere, but all distant, and none that would know him. He is 240 years old after all!
2) Is your character out on his/her own? If so, why?
Mostly, yes. he does have various warriors and companions to call upon from time to time, but for the most part he is alone, moving in the shadows to foil the enemies of the Imperium.
3) Has he/she encountered any traumatizing events?
On a normal-Human level, yes, he's encountered numerous events that would kill/drive insane a man. Combating and vanquishing daemons, from petty Nurglings to Greater Daemons of all four of the Chaos Gods takes it;s toll - But Julius' made of sterner stuff!
4) What was probably the best time in his/her life so far?
Living a normal life with his family before being 'adopted' by the Inquisition.

Yes. He hasn't been romantically involved with a woman in 108 years.
2) Has your OC developed any romantic relationships?
He had a fling with a female interrogator 108 years ago. She died. During his time as a Savant, and later as an Interrogator, he spread his wild oats...

Yes, that's what this character was created for, and he's taken part in several MB RPG's. On day I'd like to use him in the Inquisitor game.
4) What other ways have you appreciated your OC?
Pitched him up against some stupidly powerful foe's to see if he survives, or gets his face melted.


RANDOMIZE!

1) Is your character wanted for anything?
No. Although if certain other Inquisitors found out about a certain Orb which binds a daemon in servitude to it's bearer, he would be very wanted...
2) What are three weaknesses in him/her?
He's a tad arrogant sometimes. He will attempt to confront his enemies face-to-face if at all possible. He's a very long way from the Imperium at the moment...
3) Strengths?
He's a Beta level Psyker, so he can explode your head (and those of your family) without breaking a sweat. He's got some big shiny armour. He has unshakeable faith in the Emperor, and the righteousness of the Inquisition. He has a stupendously powerful daemon bound to his will.
4) Does your OC drink or smoke (etc.)?
He used to smoke, but gave it up decades ago. He does enjoy a little drink, very very rarely.
5) What's one quirk about him/her?
He's stuck on the planet of Ayenee, where no-one even knows of the Imperium of Mankind!
6) Does your character have any phobias?
No - Inquisitors ain't scared o' shit, foo! Ahem.
7) What could you do to get him/her into a blind rage?
Attempt to summon a daemon.
8) Does your OC like chickens?
Yes. Particularly barbecued.

The Final Question

What would you consider your relationship with your character to be like?
He'd probably explode my head for being a heretic. Or recruit me into his warband, and get me killed in some horrific manner.
